Sometimes, people can diet, work out and track their calories and do everything right but still not succeed at losing weight. You are not sleeping well

You are not eating whole foods

There are some medical conditions that can drive weight gain and make it much harder to lose weight for example hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and sleep apnea.
You are still drinking sugar
Sugary beverages are the most fattening items in the food chain. Our brains do not compensate for these calories by making us eat less of other foods.
