Why did you choose Trifocus Fitness Academy for your college?
Trifocus gives me the opportunity to study on my own time. Having a busy life style, that start with a 5am cardio session, full time work, making time for family, going to the gym for weight training and doing my meal prep. It all takes times, but with Trifous Fitness Academy it is easy to do a little every day when things get busy. Trifocus is always motivating me with the best motivation images daily. I really enjoy how they put the courses together, it doesn’t feel like a “punishment” to do assignments, it is so enjoyable and if it your passion you will also find it very interesting. When I need assistance Trifoucus staff is always willing to help me without waiting for days. Personally I enjoy working through a chapter and to do the multi choice questions – testing quick response on what I have learned. Trifocus always tries and help everyone, follow them on social media to see some awesome specials.
What Course did you just complete?
I am almost done with my personal trainer course. I have learned a lot also to improve my own training methods with small things I didn’t know before I started this course, even learned a few new exercises that I love adding to my training program now. I’m planning on doing my nutrition course when I am done with my personal training course. Knowledge is power and you can never learn enough.
What did you enjoy best about this course?
I love that I can take my laptop/tablet with me and do the course where ever, whenever. Because it’s my passion I enjoy going through the chapters, refreshing my memories of what I already know and learning new information. The multi choice questions is my favorite to do, you really have to read carefully doing the quizzes. I find the assignments interesting to do because it feels like working out meal and workout programs for clients.
I loved the practical hours I did with a qualified personal trainer- really learned a lot and how to approach different people in a professional manner.
How did you like the online learning material what parts of the online experience did you enjoy the most? (if the question is applicable)
I work out of my Personal Training course books mostly. After I worked on a chapter in my book then I move to the same chapter online, when you work on the chapter online, you repeat the work that you have studied in your books making it easier to remember the information. In between you will also find videos to make it easier to understand if you also see it. (Especially the anatomy parts for me) Because I am a visual learner this is perfect for me.
Would you recommend Trifocus to your colleagues and why?
I’m always referring people to Trifocus Academy, because I know they will also find it interesting and enjoyable. I can proudly talk about Trifocus Fitness Academy because they are quick to response when someone is interested in joining. And I know this because a lot of people message me asking about Trifocus and each one of them came back to me to say thank you and that they are very happy with the fast response they received. The best of all is that Trifocus is affordable and have a lot of specials during the year. So there is no excuse not to join the best Fitness Academy.
How has becoming qualified with Trifocus improved your Life Style and Wellness out look?
I’m not qualified yet, but I have learned more about how the fitness industry work, how to approach clients so that they feel comfortable when you work with them and taking measurements. I have learned a lot of new skills that I can use when I am fully qualified. It has changed the way I see food, sometimes you thing something is healthy and when you learn more about the products you will find out that it is not as good for you as you might think. I also feel more focused on my own fitness journey having the knowledge I’ve learned for the course.
